Dingle ‘Safe Street’ Mobility Plan – Street Furniture/Off Street Summer Parking

Any business wishing to put out street furniture has to apply to KCC for a licence.  

To date Kerry CoCo have received only a few applications.  Kerry CoCo will drop both policy and documentation to businesses today who have street furniture outside.

Completed licence applications are to be returned no later than 12 noon Monday next 13^th July and can be collected by Kerry CoCo or sent by email to amlynch@kerrycoco.ie

• Staff & Business Owners – Off Street Summer Parking Passes at Mart Cark Park

In an effort to free up on street parking, it has been agreed that 30 permits will issue to people working in Dingle Town for the Mart Car Park for the summer period.  

Kerry CoCo will need Name of person,  Business,  Car Make and Model and Registration Number.  Only the Make, Model and Registration No will be displayed on the permit.

Please advise if you and your business staff require there Parking passes, that would greatly assist in freeing up on street parking spaces for customers in this very short summer season. Please email  amlynch@kerrycoco.ie for more information.

• Extra 50 Car Spaces Green Street Car Park

The 50 extra spaces at the Extended Green Street Car Park should be ready for use in two weeks

• Old Holyground Loading Bay

The old loading bay at Holy ground are being designated today and will have the bollards around it removed, and be an extra loading bay in the morning and for the remaining part of the day become  three 20 min priority parking spaces
